What We Assess
Our evaluation provides thorough, objective profiling of speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, auditory processing, visual-spatial, and social-pragmatic impairments. We identify underlying communication bottlenecks, assess developmental delays, and gather standardized behavioral data.
Your evaluation begins with an intake appointment to review your concerns and build a testing plan. Testing is then split into shorter sessions to keep you or your child comfortable and focused. Within 4 weeks of your final session, you'll receive a detailed report with clear next steps.
What to Expect
Your report comes with clear, prioritized recommendations tailored to your or your child's needs. We share it with your physician so they can authorize care quickly. From there, we connect you with trusted speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy providers across Northern Colorado.

Cognitive, Nonverbal Intelligence & Processing Speed
Measures reasoning, memory, and how quickly information is processed, using tools that work with or without spoken language. This builds a clear picture of cognitive strengths and challenges for children and adults.
Executive Functioning, Adaptive Behavior & Sensory Processing
Looks at planning, focus, self-regulation, everyday living skills, and how a person responds to sensory input. Helps explain why daily routines, school, or work may feel harder than expected.
Motor Speech, Articulation & Fluency
Assesses speech clarity, sound production, the motor planning behind speech, and stuttering. Pinpoints why speech may be hard to understand and what kind of therapy will help most.
Autism Spectrum, Social Communication & Behavioral
Uses gold-standard tools like the ADOS-2 and ADI-R to evaluate social communication, peer interaction, and behavior patterns. Results give your physician the detailed data needed to support an Autism or ADHD diagnosis.
Receptive, Expressive & Comprehensive Language
Evaluates how well a person understands and uses language, from a toddler's first words to adult vocabulary and conversation. Bilingual English–Spanish testing is available.
Auditory Processing, Literacy & Visual Perception
Examines how the brain processes what is heard and seen, along with reading, spelling, and written expression. Useful for identifying dyslexia, auditory processing concerns, and visual-motor challenges.
AAC, Feeding & Functional Communication
Profiles communication for individuals who use or may benefit from alternative communication tools, and evaluates feeding and eating challenges in children. Focuses on the practical skills needed for daily life.

At Lifespan Assessment Services, LLC our sole clinical focus is delivering precise, objective diagnostic evaluations and neuro-developmental testing for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients. We do not provide ongoing therapy; instead, we serve as a specialized diagnostic hub. We partner closely with regional therapy clinics, private practices, and specialists across Northern Colorado to transition clients into targeted, specialized treatment programs based on our evaluation findings.
Lifespan Assessment Services, LLC was established to answer a vital clinical need across Northern Colorado: providing families, individuals, and referring physicians with clear, unbiased, and timely diagnostic testing. Currently, our region faces a critical shortage of qualified healthcare providers with the specialized training, credentials, and psychometric expertise required to administer comprehensive neuro-developmental, cognitive, and speech-language assessments. As a result, families routinely encounter regional hospital and clinic waitlists ranging from 6 to 18 months just to receive an initial evaluation—delaying crucial early intervention, medical care, and specialized treatment.
Based in Greeley, Colorado, at Suites-on-18th, our clinic functions as an independent, accessible diagnostic hub. By focusing strictly on standardized testing and diagnostic profiling rather than ongoing therapy, we bypass traditional clinical bottlenecks.
